The situation

You already know what is wrong.

Knowing is not the problem. Getting to it, every week, behind everything else, is the problem.

  • 01
You are the bottleneck.Nothing goes out unless you make it, and you are already doing three other jobs.
  • 02
You post in bursts.Three weeks on, two months off. Starting again is the hardest part.
  • 03
You already know what is broken. The Google listing is dead. The emails stopped in spring. The list keeps growing.
  • 04
You have tried an agency. You paid every month and never once spoke to the person doing the work.
How it runs

One half never moves.
The other half always does.

Everything in your marketing is in scope. Not all of it happens in the same month, and you approve the plan before it starts.

Guaranteed every month

The rhythm

Five things, every single month, without fail.

  • 01A plan you approve before anything is built.
  • 0215 to 25 pieces published across your channels.
  • 03Your recording list, so you never guess what to film.
  • 04A strategy call, online or in person.
  • 05A report in plain English, and what changes next.

Moves monthly

The running order

Chosen on purpose, not at random.

  • 01Month one audits everything. Website, search, social, email, funnel.
  • 02That audit produces a ranked list of what is costing you most.
  • 03Worst first. That is where the cheapest wins are.
  • 04One or two items a month, while content keeps going out underneath.
  • 05Revisited every call, because priorities move.
In scope

The outsourced marketing services you actually get.

Five jobs. Any of them can become the focus of a month.

Get found

SEO articles written and published. Google Business Profile posts, photos and reviews. Local search. Getting named in ChatGPT and Gemini answers, not just Google.

Get seen

Social content wherever your customers actually are. Posts, carousels, short video. Written, designed, scheduled, published.

Get captured

Funnels end to end. Lead magnets, landing pages, capture forms and the email that follows. An audience you rent becomes a list you own.

Get converted

Email campaigns and sequences. Offers and how they are worded. Automated replies, so an enquiry at 11pm is answered at 11pm. Paid campaigns when the plan calls for them.

Get directed

Audits, the monthly plan, performance reporting. Deciding what to stop doing, which is usually worth more than deciding what to start.

Where this sits

Three ways to get it done. This is the cheapest.

Before you ask

The detail.

How much does it cost to outsource marketing in Ireland?

This is €850 a month, everything included except ad spend. For comparison: an Irish agency, BeFound, published a full-service range of €1,500 to €2,500 a month in February 2026. Hiring one marketing person on a €38,000 salary costs about €3,520 a month once employer PRSI is added, and that is before pension, software, equipment or holiday cover.

Is it cheaper to outsource marketing or hire someone in-house?

Cheaper, and it covers more ground. One hire at €38,000 works out around €3,520 a month all in, and realistically covers one area, usually social. This covers the whole function for €850. The other difference is time: recruiting takes months and can fail, while this starts as soon as the plan is agreed.

What am I actually buying?

A marketing department, not a marketing package. Nobody expects an in-house department to make the identical eight things every month; it works on whatever the business needs. So does this. Everything is in scope, not all of it happens in the same month, and you approve the plan before it starts.

How does one person do all this?

I built an AI production system. It does the slow half: drafting, editing, design, transcription and scheduling. That is how one person out-produces a small agency team. It decides nothing, though. The angle, the message, the priority and the editorial review are mine every time, and nothing reaches you without me reading it first.

Do you use AI on my content, and is my data safe?

Yes to the first. Photorealistic AI images carry an AI label on the platform, because the law requires it, so some of your posts will show that label. On the second: I do not hold your customer data, and nothing about your customers goes into an AI tool.

What stays with me?

Day to day engagement, meaning replying to your own customers. That relationship is the business and it should not sound like me. Anything about a person's body, health, money or legal position comes straight to you, because I am not qualified and I will not. And the raw material: footage, photos, and what is actually happening. That is the one thing I cannot make myself.

What is not included?

Ad spend. Managing the campaigns is in the fee, but the money spent on the ads is paid by you directly to the platform. Ads are also not always switched on straight away, because they work best amplifying something that already converts. Website builds are out too: content updates yes, a brand new site no.

What happens in month one?

Set up. Audits of the website and social accounts, getting access sorted, agreeing the plan and building the first batch. Output is lower than a normal month because the groundwork is happening in the background, and that groundwork is why months two onward work.

Is there a contract or a minimum term?

No minimum term and no notice period. You can stop at the end of any month. The cap is on my side instead: five to ten clients, because past that the work stops being done by me.
